Sales and Partnership Enablement Manager

Position Description:

Punchh is looking for a Sales and Partnership Enablement Manager who will join a top performing Enablement team. You will be responsible for not only managing our partners platform understanding but also engaging our sales organization to optimize their time to close.  By combining exceptional skills in building rapport and relationships with executive stakeholders with product knowledge, you will be the champion for the internal teams and partners in all aspects of their journey with Punchh.

What you will do:

  • Partnership Enablement
    • Partner training
    • Co-sell sheet support
    • Enablement training on partnerships internally and externally
  • Manage long term Internal onboarding for Punchh Product Training
    • Launch LMS portal for partners
  • Partner Newsletter content support
  • Partner and Sales Success Stories with supporting data for future prospects
  • Personally train new sales team members
  • Script and record specific sales trainings
  • Provide constant feedback to sales, SE team
  • Create new content specifically for Sales, AM enablement
  • Showpad power admin to support Sr. Director
    • Reporting and Analytics
    • Adding new content, pitch practices
  • Own the Buyer's Journey process update

Required:

  • Experience in training internal teams and using LMS software tools.
  • Comfortable hosting complex webinars.
  • Impeccable verbal, written communication, presentation and articulation skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to respond well to time pressures and deadlines.
  • Where required, adopt flexible work time schedules and as required, be flexible to addressing critical after-hours customer issues.
  • Good balance between a longer-term strategic thinker coupled with more short-term milestones that advance the company towards the longer term goals.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven, but also a creative problem solver and innovator. A solution-finder mentality, strong problem-solving skills, with experience presenting to senior executives.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and individuals without direct authority.
  • Collegial, high energy, thoughtful and persistent personality.
  • Entrepreneurial, creative, resourceful, self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
  • Embraces a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Collaborative, engaging, rapport-builder.
  • Able to travel up to 10% of the time
  • 4+ years of sales or partnership enablement experience in B2B SaaS companies in the marketing, CRM or eCommerce platform industry, or digital marketing agency managing large enterprise brand client accounts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing from an accredited institution
