Position Description

Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales Account Management, primary job of the Sales Account Manager is in the performance of office work related to the management of the general operation and critical sales functions of PAR. The Sales Account Manager will be an individual contributor focused on enterprise level selling activities aimed at maximizing Brink adoption (Rollouts), increasing MRR/per store, attaching hardware sales, attaching service options and expanding the footprint of PAR with all the product offerings in the PAR portfolio. The Sales Account Manager will work with corporate contacts to continue to grow the account, connect directly to franchisee bases where appropriate and engage with the FAST members as needed in larger scale projects.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • 2-5+ years of experience in SaaS Sales and Account Management, POS industry experience a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and independent judgement with respect to significant business-related decisions.
  • Experience being the sales lead on enterprise accounts.
  • Demonstrable experience achieving account-based sales goals
  • Excellent sales, negotiation and critical thinking skills.
  • Effective oral and written communication, the ability to work in a team environment, accept guidance and collaborate with others.
  • Work experience in any of the following roles – software sales, business development, hospitality management.
  • Ability to travel 25%.
  • Technical proficiency in MS Office, CRM and other reporting tools to support the business.

Why We Need You

  • Exercise discretion and independent judgement in sales related decisions regarding the delivery and execution of sales orders.
  • Develop and Monitor Plans to maximize the number of stores utilizing Brink for each assigned brand through rollout planning and management.
  • Market, position, demonstrate and close add-on opportunities at the brand level.
  • Maintain and deliver accurate forecasts and allocation keys to sales management.
  • Respond to customer needs and escalations as needed by engaging the correct departments within PAR to satisfy the customer.
  • Thoroughly and accurately document account activities into the official system of record.
  • Understand all PAR solutions well enough to position and discuss with customers, unsupported by Sales Engineers.
  • Represent PAR Technology at relevant industry events such as trade shows or association meetings.
  • Present account health and status to cross functional management team at quarterly business reviews.
  • Travels throughout the year visiting customers as needed.

 

The base salary range for this position is $84,900 to $107,000 USD per year commensurate with work location, experience, skills, certifications, education, and prior accomplishments.

The position may be eligible for additional compensation, including a bonus, commission and/or equity, as applicable.
