The Opportunity
As Product Manager for the Intelligent Platform team of the Marketplace, you will work closely with technology and product teams at Cint to create, refine and execute the product roadmap for Cint’s programmatic decisioning engine and automation features. You constantly learn to understand technological, business and user experience factors of the product to find and communicate efficient solutions that recognize all aspects of a problem. 
Ideal candidates have a keen understanding of technology and data structures and a passion for developing software solutions to form the base of a data-driven business. 
This role is open to candidates living in the UK to work remotely or from our London based office.
A strong background in math/statistics -OR- strong tech background with AI or Machine Learning Experience -OR – strong economics or systems modeling background is required for this position.


  • Lead the roadmap and execution for the next 1-3 years with a deeply rooted customer obsession to enable them to achieve their goals by utilizing our programmatic platform for delivering human answers 
  • Partner with other product managers, UX & design, engineering, data science and operations to deliver a best-in-class programmatic marketplace which delights customers  
  • Create product plans, requirements and documentation that are informative, concise and drive effective decision making and accountability for product success from design through delivery 
  • Create alignment within the organization through quality internal and external customer interviews, stakeholder feedback and beta programs to successfully deliver on internal and external customer needs 
  • Communicate with product marketing, product training, support and sales enablement teams on go to market strategies to drive successful adoption by customers and rollouts of new products and solutions  
  • Measure and report on feature success metrics and KPIs to ensure customers are achieving their goals and that we are reaching corporate & team goals for incremental value for all features developed 
  • Protect customers with respondent integrity by staying ahead of privacy and security regulations in coordination with our infrastructure and legal teams to ensure Cint is in full compliance with global laws and standards 
  • Relay value proposition and conduct product demonstrations at variety of company, industry and high stakes customer meetings and events 


  • A strong background in math/statistics -OR- strong tech background with AI or Machine Learning Experience -OR – strong economics or systems modeling background 
  • Proven success as a Product Manager at a company with B2B products having owned strategy & roadmaps; as well as documented success in product and feature development from inception to completion including GTM strategies 
  • Driven incremental lifetime value of customers through iterative shipping and experimentation towards a successful conclusion 
  • Demonstrated ability to gather and write requirements & specifications, develop cohesive user stories, create KPI’s and communicate that information to development teams 
  • A deep understanding of iterative and multivariate testing including the QA process  
  • Driven consistent and predictable results from 1 or more scrum engineering teams simultaneously with a passion for quality and measurable results 
  • Demonstrable understanding and building a fast paced digital marketplace in which buyers maximize their budgets on a digital exchange with suppliers 
  • Experience driving results with remote teams and a willingness to travel (10-20%) 
  • Strong understanding of digital software development, scrum agile development methodology, and use of common project management tools (e.g. Confluence/JIRA) 
  • Analytical skills to assess business problems and state the impact to business value streams 
  • Prior experience developing features for existing products and/or identifying new product and solution opportunities and bringing them to market
  • Ability to build trust and empathy with stakeholders, customers, partners and consumers 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
