We are looking for a passionate, collaborative, data-driven person to help manage partner operations in our growing Sana Care ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations of Sana’s relationships with digital health, ancillary benefits, and other care partnerships. 
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in external relationship management, issue resolution, and cross functional collaboration in services of driving strong engagement and scalability of partner programs and services. Success will be measured through partner utilization, customer satisfaction, net promoter score, and our ability to bend the cost curve. All while enhancing the daily lives of our members, customers, and team.

What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day plan partner relationships. This includes facilitating quarterly business reviews, collaborating on and executing engagement efforts, and holding ourselves and our partners accountable to shared business goals in order to unlock full value of plan-partner relationships
  • Serve as an escalation point of contact for member-related issues and manage resolution collaboratively
  • Facilitate the growth of our partner ecosystem by supporting partner renewals and expansions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Health Plan Operations to increase engagement and utilization of partner programs and services 
  • Work internally with customer and prospect facing teams to develop training materials on partner programs and services and to communicate relevant updates
  • Scale partner operations by working with internal and external teams to improve onboarding, data exchange, and eligibility management practices
  • Report directly to Head of Strategic Partnerships

About you

  • 1 – 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a fast-growth company environment in the health, wellness, and/or benefits space. 
  • Ability to learn the detailed ins-and-outs of our operations and the healthcare industry to optimize and scale a partner ecosystem that improves the lives of our members, achieves desired health outcomes, and ultimately lowers the cost of care. 
  • Solutions-oriented approach towards issue resolution. Works towards “yes” while appropriately managing risk.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to look at customer service tickets and engagement and utilization metrics on a regular basis to find trends, drill-down into cases as needed, and to take data-driven action accordingly. 
  • Outstanding communication skills in-person, over the phone, in writing, via email, chat, carrier pigeon, etc. 
  • Values-oriented. You care deeply about making our healthcare system work better for people and business owners.
