We’re looking for a NetSuite Administrator to support optimization and enhancement projects relating to NetSuite ERP and related business systems!

NOTE: you have the option to work at our office in NYC or to work remotely.*

What You’ll Do:

  • Optimize new ERP system for Forum Brands
  • Manage reporting, saved searches, dashboards, and end-user training/troubleshooting
  • Develop customized solutions for a complex multi-company environment
  • Manage and build incremental NetSuite Integrations with business systems applications
  • Take functional requirements from key stakeholders and turn those into solutions


  • 2-5 years of ERP systems support
  • Strong data analytics, reporting and database experience (NetSuite required)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with non-technical stakeholders in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Fluent in English
