The Role

In support of this outstanding growth, we are adding a Senior Recruiter to the Addepar Recruiting Team. As a key member of our recruiting team, you will drive full-cycle recruiting from sourcing, through providing an exceptional candidate experience, to navigating the offer process for highly specialized Go-To-Market positions.

What You’ll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting focused on building Go-to-Market teams including but not limited to Sales, Client Services, and Marketing.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop scalable sourcing strategies.
  • Screen and advise prospective candidates to help identify company culture and role fit and act as an advisor as you help them to learn about the unique career paths at Addepar.
  • Meet exceptional hiring goals in a metric-driven organization.
  • Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates through continuous research and market mapping.
  • Create, plan, and implement creative sourcing initiatives and events with the goal of developing a diverse talent community.

Who You Are

  • 4+ years of sourcing experience for finance and/or technology companies, B2B or SaaS strongly preferred.
  • Act like an owner. You thrive when you partner with clients, HR, and peers.
  • Dedicated. You are proactive and demonstrate superior organizational skills, integrity, and great follow-through on tasks.
  • Naturally assertive. You are self-aware and a clear communicator with empathy towards the people with whom you work.
  • Passionate. The candidate experience is your top priority. You are a trusted advisor—you understand a candidate's unique abilities and can help guide candidates to realizing their career aspirations at Addepar.
  • A utility player. You are willing to help out wherever needed. You help to elevate the recruiting function and help us to continuously evolve.
  • Steadfast and driven to find and connect with diverse talent. You build on sourcing strategies that go beyond LinkedIn and have a proven track record for assessing talent beyond matching keywords on a resume.
