The Global Talent Acquisition Leader will own developing, driving, and executing the global talent acquisition strategy for PAR Technology. This person will serve as a partner and leader responsible for setting and executing on the talent acquisition strategy for the business. This role will also advise business leadership on DE&I, market trends and best practices in recruiting, help business and recruiting leaders look around corners to optimize hiring strategies, scale best practices in talent acquisition, drive process improvements and deliver on key initiatives. S/he will be a driver of constant and impactful change, and be excellent at strategic thinking coupled with tactical implementation. This role will report direct to the CHRO and have leadership responsibility for all TA teams globally.

Position Requirements

  • 8+ years of TA or business partnering experience
  • 5+ years of TA Leadership experience – experience leading global teams preferred
  • Experience and demonstrated success recruiting in the tech industry – global tech recruiting experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience as a transformative leader in TA – gaining key stakeholder buy-in and using creative problem-solving skills.
  • Experience leading recruitment teams and strategy in multiple geographies including US, Canada and India.
  • Experience with creating strategies related to Talent Acquisition including DE&I, skills based hiring, critical areas talent pipelines, attracting talent;
  • Demonstrated ability to interface with regional leadership teams and participate in workforce planning;
  • Experience owning ATS optimization;
  • Knowledge of recruitment regulations
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment;
  • Experience engaging and managing the performance of third-party search firms;
  • Ability to analyze the business and succession plans and convert them into talent acquisition strategies;
  • Bachelor's degree or higher level degree required; preference for degree concentration (major) in Industrial & Labor Relations, Human Resources, Marketing, or Communications;

Specific position responsibilities include but are not limited to the following areas:

  • Build PAR’s global TA function.
  • Build partnerships with local, regional, and global leadership to identify important talent needs and develop creative strategies to attract and assess executive talent;
  • Develop a dynamic portfolio sourcing approach and manage requisitions end to end as the recruiter for key executive roles globally;
  • Manage effective partnerships and measure success with external recruitment partners;
  • Recommend and execute against effective recruitment marketing and advertising to attract top talent and highlight PAR as an employer of choice;
  • Build and execute DE&I strategy globally for Talent acquisition;
  • Lead initiatives around candidate assessment, screening processes, new ways of hiring, and candidate experience globally;
  • Foster a culture of excellence with deep recruiting subject matter expertise, strong business acumen, and a focus on innovation and scalable solutions;
  • Build TA team’s capability to proactively source and build diverse candidate active and passive talent pools that will fulfill our hiring demand;
  • Lead the optimization, documentation of Global TA processes and policies;
  • Provide mentorship, be the subject matter expert for in-house Talent Acquisition teams globally;
  • Create and monitor talent acquisition performance KPIs / SLAs and adjust strategies accordingly for continuous improvement across geographies;
  • Build and maintain a network of top prospects through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management;
  • Integrate the use of competitive intelligence, analytics and metrics in recruiting, sourcing, marketing etc. to make data-informed decisions;
  • Utilize innovative technologies to drive effectiveness and bring creative solutions to the team (e.g. time, cost, skill set, and diversity)
