We are looking for a Finance Officer to perform daily accounting tasks that will support our financial team. This role will offer you a lot of variety which may include managing expense reports and reimbursements, entering financial transactions into our internal databases and reconciling invoices.

If you have accounting or bookkeeping experience ideally working in a global company we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help our Accounting department run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Processing day to day transactions and credit card reconciliations.
  • Raise end of month journals (accruals, corporate card & expense claims etc)
  • Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations
  • Provide administrative support to all members of the finance team
  • Raise customer invoices and credit notes as directed
  • Assist with accounts payable processing, including supplier payment runs
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Assist with the annual audit processes
  • Collaborating with the wider team on various finance projects

Requirements

  • Intermediate skills in MS Excel/MS Office
  • Ideally you’ve worked with payroll systems – we use NetSuite
  • Strong data entry and administrative skills
  • Ability to work within strict deadlines and reporting time frames
  • Strong attention to detail, you have a keen eye for spotting indiscrepancies!
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • You’re a natural problem-solver, and enjoy working in a fast changing environment
