Boulevard is looking for an Employee Experience Program Manage to lead the development, organization and evolution of our Employee Experience programs to ensures the delivery of consistently impactful employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle/journey and to help attract and retain our greatest assets – our employees. This person will help identify gaps and guide where our biggest opportunities are and how we best go about delivering on them. They will also develop the metrics to verify the success and business impact of initiatives.

What You’ll Do Here

  • Drive creation, implementation and ongoing management of employee experience and engagement programs that promote a culture of inclusivity and belonging, and help attract and retain top talent, all tailored to a fully remote environment. Programing will touch every step of the Bouelvard employee journey, including but not limited to:
  • New Hire Experience / Onboarding Program
  • Continue to iterate upon existing onboarding program by facilitating onboarding sessions that inspire and delight employees every step of the way
  • Work with team leaders and hiring managers to drive engagement during the first 90 days, continuously iterating to optimize for scale and deepening engagement/understanding of Boulevard’s mission, vision, and values.
  • Partner with key team members to design an effective new hire experience for multiple audiences that can help new hires integrate faster into Boulevard, fostering an inclusive culture
  • Recognition Programs
  • Partner with key stakeholders to drive recognition, celebration, and remote workplace experience culture
  • Enable peer-to-peer recognition 
  • In partnership with Sr People Partners, develop recognition and rewards program rooted in our core company values
  • Employee Enablement and Communication
  • Partner with Marketing to develop program branding, produce captivating employer branding initiatives and elevate the overall People Team story telling
  • Develop engaging and informative employee communications and presentations designed to keep employees knowledgeable about Employee Experience programs
  • Develop self-serve functionality for employees to surface important information to create ease and alignment
  • Create ways to amplify Boulevard company values and build employee connections; keeping employees informed, engaged, and inspired and ensuring employees feel heard, valued, respected and their work is impactful
  • Design and roll out various employee surveys (new hire, off-boarding, pulse, etc.), create reports, and partner with Sr People Partners to roll out results and create effective action plans to address pain points
  • In partnership with the Sr People Partner team, drive programs and initiatives to increase manager effectiveness
  • Support organizational design, change management, and team building to support Boulevard’s growth
  • Build relationships across the organization and work with cross-functional stakeholders (Global HRBP, Total Rewards, IT, Talent Acquisition, People Operations and Services, L&D, and functional stakeholders) to understand pain points and help drive solutions across the business
  • Act as a role model of Boulevard’s values and be a culture ambassador

  • Strong project management, effective organizational skills, business, and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis with high attention to detail a must
  • Analytically driven; fluent with data-driven analysis
  • Leads with a growth mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of professional experience coupled with 4-6 years of experience delivering relevant experiences
  • Experience using multiple feedback channels (qualitative and quantitative) to find opportunities, identify gaps, design solutions, and drive improvements
  • Experience leading programs and projects in one or more of the following areas: employee experience, employee engagement, employee survey design, employee journey management, organizational development, human resources, design thinking
  • Ability to make high quality decisions effectively and efficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Must possess superior organizational skills and be able to prioritize and work simultaneously on several projects
  • A team player who works cross functionally, acts with a sense of urgency, and adapts to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

  • Previous experience in a fully remote, hyper-growth tech startup
  • Advanced degree in Sociology, Communication, Learning Technology or Organizational Development
  • Experience with Employee Journey Mapping/Moment that Matter
