The Digital Marketing Specialist will be supporting the marketing operations team by executing the day-to-day marketing activities that support our larger commercial team. Both strategic and creative in your approach, you’ll work with the marketing, operations, and commercial teams to develop unique campaigns and digital experiences that drive awareness, demand, and revenue.

A successful candidate for this role will have a passion for digital marketing that includes an analytical approach.  You will be responsible for executing, measuring, and optimizing SPINS digital campaigns including SEO/SEM, Display Advertising, Paid Social, and Email. The role requires a strong grasp of digital marketing tools and a growth-hacking mindset to help our business units reach their goals and shape marketing best practice.

Key Responsibilities of role:  

  • Work together with the Marketing team to inform and execute campaigns to bring SPINS products and news to the market that will resonate and drive leads.
  • Execute, Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), with a focus on increasing inbound leads to the business and conversions –
  • Oversee SEO and marketing metrics for the SPINS web presence, working with UI/UX designer to structure website for successful SEO 
  • Execute innovative paid social campaigns to promote events, tradeshow presences, products and more 
  • Email Campaign execution and optimization, leveraging SPINS’ CRM database, measuring engagement, curating targeted audiences 
  • A/B and multi-variate testing to refine and implement new best practices 

Familiarity with Key marketing tools:  

  • Salesforce 
  • Hubspot or similar email applications 
  • WordPress or similar CMS applications

  • Structured Data 
  • Google Adwords
  • Paid Social Media 
  • Excel 

Experience/ Requirements:  

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking 
  • Creative problem-solving mindset  
  • Finely honed Organization and Project Management skills 
  • Proven ability to deliver against timelines  
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a digital marketing role 
  • Understanding of the importance of attention to detail while balancing time management
  • Ability to work effectively independently and collaboratively
  • Comfort with ambiguity and desire to solve new challenges
  • Ideal candidate has a proven history of success in digital marketing in an internal marketing department, bringing brand, product, or service to a B2B audience
