As an integral part of the Matillion Customer Success organization, the CS Ops Associate will be working on strategic initiatives in support of the Customer Success organization. In this role, you will work with CS Ops leadership and senior leaders from various Matillion functions including Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Engineering. Additionally, you will help drive process improvement, efficiency, and automation through data analysis, tooling & business process design. This role is required in order to support a growing demand within the business to deliver project-based work to the highest standard. Further, it is anticipated that the scope of the role will expand, given the rapidly growing nature of Matillion’s business. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented and ambitious person to come in and learn the ins and outs of Customer Success and the Matillion business while being mentored by senior members of the CS Ops team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Work closely with the CS organization teams using dashboards and reporting focused on ARR, net dollar retention, expansion, renewal, churn, and service-related KPIs.
  • Assist in the rollout and use of the Customer Success Platform including serving as an admin creating playbooks for our Success Management users.
  • Contribute to regular status meetings with the project team and stakeholdersMaintain a highly organized and accurate operations plan visible to project management and other project resources engaged.
  • Produce process related documents and supporting materials.
  • What we are looking for:

Essential skills:

  • Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills with experience working in an Agile work environment (Asana a plus)
  • Experience working with data (e.g. MS Excel along w data visualization tools)Experience using Salesforce.com reports and dashboards
  • Experience creating insight-focused presentations and dashboards for both executive and organizational teams
  • Experience working closely with client-facing teams, e.g., Sales, Technical Support, Success Management, Professional Services
  • Extremely detail orientedBachelor’s Degree (technical major preferred)

Desirable skills:

  • Experienced at making impactful presentations using Google Slides or similar
  • Experience with a fast-growing, customer-focused tech company
  • Exposure to Customer Success
