It’s a really exciting time to be a part of Aircall! We’re a SaaS unicorn and our growth is exploding! Our Series D was led by Goldman Sachs in June 2021, and we recently received a strategic investment from HubSpot Ventures to further scale the company – we are now building our first team in Singapore to support our growth in South East Asia (SEA)! 
We are seeking a gifted and talented Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR) to join the team.
In this role, you will be one of the first local sales people in Singapore, with the unique opportunity to help build our presence here, whilst playing a key role in developing success for Aircall in APAC! Your role will be to contribute to Aircall’s growth objectives within the region and globally, by engaging inbound and outbound prospects, along with an Account Executive that is in charge of the closing.  
You will be based in Singapore. 

Your Mission at Aircall:

  • Run outbound prospecting campaigns (emails, calls) to raise curiosity and interest, and hunt business opportunities
  • Identify relevant sales targets and gather key lead information across the market: verticals, customer segments, current solutions, etc.
  • Understand Aircall’s business value and product vision.
  • Understand our customer profiles and their specific challenges and needs.
  • Understand the business and the buying cycle of leads
  • Continuously learn and update skills and stay aware of industry trends
  • Represent Aircall towards the SEA market with integrity and professionalism at all times, and escalate your inputs to the Sales Director.

A little more about you:

  • 1 year or more experience in sales, ideally at a SaaS company
  • Fantastic communication skills, with affinity for live contacts (phone/email)
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems and a willingness to learn even more
  • Rigor and organizational skills (ability to manage tightly, over time, a large quantity of information)
  • Hands-on and entrepreneurial spirit and up for an ambitious challenge
  • Proficiency in other languages within Asia is a plus (incl. Mandarin, Hindi or Thai)
  • Enthusiastic and positive! This might be the single most important point, even if it’s the last
