As an API Implementation Manager on the Service Delivery team, you will own product integration requirements for current and prospective partners and will play a key role in the onboarding of our partners by managing the integration of their native software with Rhino software.

In this role you will:

  • Lead medium and high-value clients, as well as Enterprise partners through the implementation process
  • Work cross-functionally across engineering, product, sales, account management, and various other teams in support of successful implementations
  • Assist our partners with troubleshooting/debugging all issues related to the build and testing of our API integration (i.e. data/content abnormalities, connection and configuration issues, etc)
  • Deliver seamless API integration adoption and enablement through high-quality customer interactions
  • Manage the entire partner implementation lifecycle: 
    • Coordinate handoff of partner between Partner Services and Implementation
    • Qualify and document partner requirements
    • Setup/manage implementation efforts with the partner
    • Work with our engineers to deliver milestones
    • Perform user acceptance testing to ensure auto-invites are generating
    • Hand-over to Partner Services post go Live
  • Gather and analyze feature enhancements on behalf of existing partner
  • Work with APIs and other integrations methods to assist both business and technical teams
  • Collaborate and iterate on “one-to-many” tech-touch customer journey onboarding content
  • Maintain all project plans and ensure compliance to timeframes and collaborate with stakeholders for all implementation processes

We’re ideally seeking:

  • 4+ plus years of SAAS integration or client onboarding experience
  • 4+ plus years of experience using API troubleshooting tools (i.e. Postman)
  • Advanced experience with API’s and SOAP messaging protocol
  • Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies and processes 
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Google Suite, and Salesforce a plus
  • Strong data analysis skills — from writing SQL to conducting and synthesizing results both qualitative and quantitative
  • Strong background in improving partner and user experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Comfort in a constantly changing environment with shifting objectives
  • Relentless desire for innovation, balanced with business needs, and partner expectations
  • Demonstrated leadership working as part of a cross-functional team in a complex, dynamic, and growing environment
