Responsibilities:
· Develops detailed IT work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, status
reports and lead the team in developing a detailed project plan.
· Review project plans to determine the time frame, costing, and the procedures for
accomplishing the projects.
· Provides expertise in area and an advanced level of understanding of the principles of IT
project leadership.
· Possesses a comprehensive understanding of how own area and others (i.e., architecture
or infrastructure) collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives.
· Conduct timely project reviews to recommend any changes to project schedules, cost or
resource requirements.
· Document issues and risks that affect implementation.
· Work with the technical team to ensure that the requirements gathered are realistic and
implementable.
· Establish and maintain good business relationships with stakeholders to influence and
achieve business goals.
· Hold regular status update meetings with team.
· Learn and be able to contribute and communicate improvements to the existing working
processes.
Desired Skills:
· Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to discuss
and advance complex policy concepts with diverse stakeholders at various levels.
· Technical acumen and ability to represent to both technical and policy audiences.
· Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment working on cutting-edge
technology and security policy matters, where ambiguity is the rule rather than the exception.
· Comfort working with a broad range of teams and diverse views and cultures, and
experience in driving collaboration and consensus.
· Willingness to experiment and try new things, and to learn quickly from failure and/or
mistakes.
· Candidates with PMP or ITPM certifications are preferred.
· Experience with Data Analytics / Data warehousing / Cloud Computing projects are
preferred.
Qualifications:
· 6-10 years’ experience in project management.
· Bachelor’s/University degree
