Zipdev seeks a results-driven Bilingual Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 3+ years of experience to join our client and grow their dynamic sales team. This role is responsible for generating qualified leads and booking new meetings through a multi-channel outreach approach. The SDR will focus on engaging finance and HR decision-makers (Director level and above) at U.S.-based companies with 100 to 1,000 employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting through a combination of cold calls, email campaigns, social media outreach, and CRM automation tools.
- Identify and engage with key stakeholders in finance and HR departments.
- Book qualified meetings for the sales team with net new leads.
- Research target companies to tailor outreach strategies.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of prospect interactions in Zoho CRM (or similar CRM platforms).
- Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to improve outreach strategies and conversion rates.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs related to outreach activity and booked meetings (expected 8 meetings per month).
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or similar outbound sales role.
- Minimum English proficiency level of C1-C2.
- Proven success using CRMs such as Zoho CRM or comparable platforms to manage leads and automate outreach.
- Experience using Zoom Info, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Phoneburner and Smartlead AI.
- Experience with multi-touch outreach, including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn or other social media platforms.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to tailor messaging to executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and the ability to quickly learn industry trends and business needs.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay motivated remotely.
- Comfortable working CST hours (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.), Monday through Friday.
- Located within LATAM.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ● Familiarity with sales automation and prospecting tools (e.g., Apollo, Salesloft, Outreach).
- ● Experience targeting U.S.-based mid-market companies.
