Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Paid Media to lead our advertising team within Client Marketing. In this role, you’ll drive the transformation of our paid media offering from a service-based model to an AI-powered, scalable growth engine. You’ll be responsible for strategic leadership, team development, and operational excellence while collaborating across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams. Your focus will be on elevating our advertising capabilities through channel expansion, optimization automation, and sophisticated targeting models that drive measurable results for our real estate clients.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that directly contributes to our revenue goals and client retention. The ideal candidate is a strategic, data-driven advertising leader who can balance tactical execution with long-term vision and leverage AI technologies to create competitive advantage in the real estate marketing space.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for our paid media offerings, focusing on scalability and performance
  • Lead and mentor a team of campaign managers to deliver exceptional performance across multiple advertising channels
  • Design and implement comprehensive optimization frameworks and cadences that scale across hundreds of client accounts
  • Establish performance benchmarks, testing protocols, and reporting standards that drive continuous improvement
  • Drive innovation through AI applications, automation, and emerging channel opportunities
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to productize advertising workflows
  • Partner with Sales and GTM teams on pricing and packaging strategies for our advertising offerings, including upsell opportunities
  • Create standardized operating procedures that balance efficiency with market-level segmentation strategies
  • Implement quality assurance protocols to ensure consistent delivery across all accounts
  • Drive measurable improvements in lead quality, conversion rates, and client ROI
  • Support Client Success teams in communicating value and addressing performance challenges
  • Contribute to retention initiatives through proactive optimization and strategic interventions

Who you are

  • 7+ years of digital advertising experience with 3+ years in a leadership role managing paid media teams
  • Deep expertise across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and emerging advertising platforms
  • Proven track record scaling advertising programs that drive measurable business outcomes
  • Experience working with large volumes of accounts and implementing systematic optimization approaches
  • Strong understanding of lead generation economics and conversion funnel optimization
  • Exceptional team leadership capabilities with experience hiring, mentoring, and developing advertising talent
  • Outstanding cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
  • Advanced knowledge of advertising automation, bid management tools, and campaign optimization techniques
  • Strong data analysis capabilities with experience deriving actionable insights from complex datasets
  • Understanding of CRM integration, lead scoring models, and attribution methodologies
  • Intellectual curiosity and willingness to experiment with new approaches
  • Passion for leveraging emerging technologies like AI to transform traditional advertising practices
